Oasis Entertainment Complex - still moving forward, looking to start with Phase 1 construction (bowling, indoor mini-golf, some of the retail and restaurant space), starting on build mid 2026.
Panera Bread - still determining if they will open a location here, have looked into the business park area near China Lake and Graaf, as well as available lots at the south end of town.
Wineaux (Wine Bar on Balsam) - Planned opening early 2026.
Bakery Permitted - Construction starting, to be located next to Desert Brew on Balsam St, projected opening date unknown.
TownePlace Suites Hotel - Planned Opening March 2026.
