Since taking this role in June 2024, my mission has been clear: build a strong team of officers who see Ridgecrest not just as a stop along the way, but as home. We want quality candidates who are here for the long haul—neighbors protecting neighbors.

Thanks to your overwhelming support of Measure V, we can do just that. Your vote keeps our department funded, our salaries competitive, and our officers fully-equipped to protect this city and send a clear message—Ridgecrest is not a place for troublemakers.
